My primary goal involved setting a convenient working environment for the students. That's why I contact all my students on Messenger, Viber or What's App to be available during daytime in case of emergencies or just sharing working or personal information. I expect my students to be on time. In case of class reschedule or cancellation please let me know 12 hours in advance, so I'll keep the spot for another student. I expect my students to be prepared for the class by doing the assigned homework. The amount of homework will be planned beforehand with the students.
