Hello! I am a person who finds joy in helping others learn for I believe that true happiness comes when we stretch our hands to reach out for those who are in need. I am also an optimistic person, I look forward to the future with great hope.
I graduated from Ateneo de Naga University as First Honors. Aside from that, I was awarded with an academic distinction in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). In 2017, I was awarded with one of the country’s prestigious awards, the Vice Presidential Award for Excellence. In the same year, I was awarded with Jesse Robredo Award for Excellence. I was also awarded with the Mayoral Award for Academic Excellence and Excellence in English and Filipino award.
As for my teaching experience, I am currently the president of the young women class in our church—The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As a president of our class, I have given the opportunity to teach the lesson to my fellow young women. Aside from that, I work with our missionaries every Sunday to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every people that we meet. I have learned, because of my teaching experience, how to adjust my teaching style depending on the capacity and abilities of my students to understand the lessons that are taught to them. I believe that no matter how great the teaching style of a teacher is, if it is not suited in the capacity and needs of the students, a learning environment would be difficult to concieve.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge with people who are eager to learn English! Learn with me, and together, we will make learning fun and worthwhile!
