I am an engaging, motivated and friendly tutor. My courses will continue to add to your vocabulary and accuracy whilst building confidence in your own understanding. I conduct all courses through Zoom and Google Classroom. The later will contain all of your course materials as well as links and documents for further practice. During our introduction session I will talk you through setting up this account, to ensure all systems are in place for our first lesson. A range of courses are avavailable, mostly spread over 10 weeks. I can adapt each course to diffent competency levels and am confident teaching all age groups. Please note that I am also happy to alter materials to match your own needs and interests. My main courses are listed below if you have any other interests or you are looking for something specific please let me know. - Conversation Classes: specifically geared towards making your English sound natural and fluent. This course in particular can be tendered towards your individual interests. I conduct pronunciation practice and grammar correction through personalised topics such as; film and television, travel, sports and dating as well as any others. - Business Communication: focusing on professional communication, both written and oral. Exploring topics such as E-Mail Correspondence, Business Presentations and Interview Prep. Having been taught Business Studies through my International Baccalaureate, alongside 6 years experience working with corporate clients, I will be able to assist with a wide range of queries and topics. -Travel and Immigration: moving to or staying in an English Speaking Country, this course will build up your vocabulary and grammatical understanding, focusing on the skills needed to settle into your new home. Whilst adaptable to your own interests, key topics usually include; moving and renting, job search and interviews, schooling and public transportation. With an informal approach, classtime will be focused on building confidence in your own knowledge, with work set outside classtime to increase your key vocabulary. My classes are specifically designed to be fun and engaging. Developing your language skills, building on your existing vocabulary and perfecting your pronunciation whilst keeping genuine interest in the language itself. My previous experience is as a Theatre and English Language Teacher, so as well as being trained in elocution and articulation I understand the importance of keeping the student attracted to the work. Each class will come with a task to be completed before the session so as not to waste available talking time, this shouldn't take more than an hour. Other tools and tasks are available on request. - Any cancellation or change is free of charge if made at least 12hr before the class start time, after that the class is considered complete. - Please be prompt, unless notified I will wait for 15 minutes, after which I will consider the class cancelled.
