Anytime my students felt out of touch with reality, they came to me and talked freely about what was bothering them. After that, I had to communicate with their parents, and the safeguarding governor of the school, so I did. Communicative competence. Oral skills. Project based learning. All levels. Formative assessment. After that, I will communicate with the parents. I always try to keep calm, and have an open mind so nobody feels judged. Having worked with all students made me realise how much I wanted to dedicate myself to this field, and expand my knowledge on the subject. Working helps me learn, helps me grow. I am ready to improve and become not only a better teacher, but also a better person. I would be a good fit for the job not only because of my experience in the area, but also because of my willingness to keep improving. My ambition will take me places, but an opportunity such as this one will set the path.
