I have just under 4 years experience teaching English, with 3 of them at university level. I have worked with students of all ages, from as young as 6 to as senior as 70, and have the ability to tailor classes to their specific needs. My course involves expansive use of task-based learning and authentic materials. I strongly believe that the use of English in real-world situations, or close emulations of them, assists students in learning. In addition, my course places a strong emphasis on conversational English. As previously mentioned, I am an ardent proponent of the task-based teaching methodology. I also believe that students require teachers with a positive outlook, emotional intelligence and commitment to lifelong learning.
