You can cancel/reschedule any time up to 12 hours before the lesson start time for free via Amazingtalker, but any lessons cancelled within 12 hours of the start time will be charged at the full price of the total lesson fee by default. 2. If you did not show up in class, I would charge at the full price by default. The classroom will be closed 10 minutes after the scheduled time if you are absent. 3. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer systems and internet connection meet all relevant technical specifications necessary to use Amazingtalker and Zoom and that they are compatible with the website and services. If the class cannot take place due to technical issues, you will get a 50% refund after a 15-minute attempt. 4. Any cancellation due to me will be refunded in full (AT credits or class credits) Time slots between 0 a.m. to 2 a.m. (GMT+8) are for additional services only; please do not book a trial or formal session during this time period.
